We also offer ramp-up programs that allow you to gradually begin paying for services while receiving the full scope of benefits immediately. Property Cleanliness: During each visit, we ensure the property is free of litter and clean the dumpster areas.
Photo Documentation: We document everything using our photo documentation system.
Daily Reporting: The documentation is sent to property management daily.

Swift Integrated Services charges the apartment complex a monthly price per unit. The apartment then bills residents monthly for the service.
